3. Product Application

1) N- phenylmaleimide (N-PMI) in natural rubber and synthetic rubber can be used as a vulcanization crosslinking agent.

2) In ABS, PVC, PMMA resin and sensitive materials as heat resistant modifier, can improve the heat resistance, impact resistance, hot melt and processing properties of resin. When 1% NPMI is added to ABS as a copolymer, the thermal deformation temperature can be increased by 2℃. 10% NPMI and ABS blend, heat resistant temperature can reach 125-130℃.

3) N-PMI can be used as resin intermediates to manufacture heat-resistant polymers, plant growth promoters and other agricultural chemicals.

4) N-PMI also has certain antibacterial activity, coating, adhesive, photosensitive resin, rubber vulcanization accelerator, raw materials of insulating paint, medicine, pesticide (fungicide, mildew prevention agent) intermediates, etc.
